Hairdressing has been part of my life for more than 20 years, and after many different chapters within the industry, these days I’m happiest keeping things simple.

I work from my private studio on our property in Boyup Brook, caring for a small and loyal clientele and creating beautiful hair in a way that feels relaxed, personal and aligned with my values.

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly conscious of the products we use in our homes, workplaces and on our bodies. That led me towards a lower-tox approach to hairdressing and professional products that allow me to create beautiful results while being more mindful of health, wellbeing and the environment.

I’m also passionate about helping others in our industry create healthier, more sustainable careers, and about sharing products and ideas that support a more conscious, lower-tox approach to our homes and everyday lives.

The Studio

A quiet country salon built around beautiful hair, healthier products and genuine connection.

My boutique studio is nestled on our rural property in Boyup Brook, surrounded by the animals, paddocks and everyday life of our little corner of the country.

I created the studio because I wanted hairdressing to feel different.

There are no back-to-back chairs or busy salon atmosphere here. Appointments are one-on-one, relaxed and personal, with time to create beautiful hair without the rush.

My approach to the products I use has evolved too. Wherever possible, I choose professional products and practices that align with my preference for a lower-tox, more conscious way of living, without compromising on the quality of my work.

After more than 20 years in the industry, I’ve realised I don’t need hairdressing to become something bigger.

I simply want it to be something I still love.

These days I intentionally keep my salon small and my working week limited.

My books are primarily reserved for my existing clientele, many of whom I’ve had the privilege of looking after for years.

Keeping things this way allows me to give my clients the time and care they deserve while leaving space in my own life for creativity, writing, music, home and whatever this next chapter brings.

Weddings

After many years of creating wedding hair, I still love being part of those quiet, exciting hours before a wedding begins.

My approach to bridal hair is relaxed and personal. I love creating soft, beautiful styles that feel like you, whether that’s effortless waves, natural texture, a romantic upstyle or something a little more polished.

I’m based in Boyup Brook and offer wedding hair throughout the South West and Great Southern, either from my private studio or on location.

I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year, allowing me to give each bride and bridal party the time, preparation and attention they deserve.
